Develop business understanding for multiple centers of excellence within supply chain, including merchandising, distribution, logistics and retail operations. Also develop business understanding for all retail formats, including supermarket, convenience, and e-commerce
Analyze business process to develop current condition assessments. Provide support for the development of target conditions and recommendations for assigned projects.
Analyze data to support the building of business cases and project assessments.
Analyze and develop recommendations based on key performance indicator metrics related to assigned project(s).
Coordinate project initiatives, including meetings, status updates and communications
Evaluate existing freight lanes to reduce costs and maximize profit from a global perspective
Analyze logistics data in Procurement and Logistics systems to validate its accuracy and make recommendations on overall cost reduction
Understand how product procurement initiatives and strategies impact transportation to identify opportunities to improve supply chain flow and reduce transportation costs
Assist department with various logistics initiatives and projects by participating with the team to improve customer service and corporate profitability, while promoting departmental efficiencies

Bachelors Degree Pursuing an Operations, Supply Chain or Logistics degree. GPA of 3.0. or higher
