In addition to our retail pharmacy locations, Giant Eagle operates two Central Processing Centers in Freedom, PA, and Lewis Center, OH, and a Central Fill Fulfillment Center in Freedom, PA. Positions include: Packaging Technicians, Pharmacy Technicians, Patient Care Advocates, and Data Entry Technicians.
I started my career with Giant Eagle as a Pharmacy Technician in 2009 during my first summer home from college. Giant Eagle was a natural choice for me as it has a great pharmacy intern program that I aspired to join as I progressed through college. Giant Eagle also gave me the opportunity to work during the summers near home and at a different location while attending the University of Pittsburgh.
Natalie - Clinical Coordinator Pharmacist
I love the fact that I still can interact with and support all those pharmacies while affecting a significant amount of patients' lives in both Pennsylvania and Ohio. I get to spend my days doing a variety of tasks such as supporting the stores when they need help, having conversations with patients about their medications, and spending time with other pharmacists to help ensure the highest standards of quality and patient safety are met.
Tom - Central Processing Pharmacist

Our work is constantly evolving, and I love helping to develop new programs and watching my team succeed. The best part for me is helping my team develop and meet their professional and personal goals.
Jennifer - Pharmacy Team Leader
I originally began looking for a new place of employment during my sophomore year of undergraduate school and wanted to place myself in a healthcare setting. I began looking at local retail pharmacies near my home and saw that Giant Eagle was hiring. My brother had worked at Giant Eagle for many years in the past and loved the company, so I thought that it would likely be a good fit for me, as well.
