A: Yes. Giant Eagle hires summer interns in Retail Operations and certain corporate departments. We also hire Engineering and Pharmacy interns year-round.

A: Prospective interns must be enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program at an accredited college with the minimum of a 3.0 GPA. Undergrads must be entering their junior or senior year at the time of the internship. Pharmacy interns must be in or accepted to an accredited pharmacy school.
A: Giant Eagle does the majority of our college recruiting during the fall semester. Generally, we interview intern applicants between September and early November and extend offers before students begin winter break.

The job postings that return from your search will each have a red ‘Apply’ button that will take you to the online application and assessment. Please allow 30 minutes to complete the application and assessment. A: Giant Eagle’s internship program is designed to provide students with experiences that will help prepare them for full-time employment in our organization. We evaluate intern performance throughout the program and provide feedback to help students develop professionally. At program completion, successful interns will be given a full-time offer to join the Company upon graduation from their degree programs.
