Through his nearly 40 years of retail experience, Bill has built a vast understanding of the business and a trusted reputation for his leadership and integrity among Giant Eagle Team Members, Guests, vendors, and various business and community partners. He is known for his capabilities in business strategy, operations, retail innovation, supply chain, business expansion and growth, and Guest and Team Member experience.
Bill started his Giant Eagle career in 1985 as a Customer Service Clerk in one of the company’s western Pennsylvania supermarkets.He has since held numerous positions within the organization, most recently serving as President of Supermarkets, overseeing supply chain operations, retail innovation, real estate and construction, retail operations, merchandising, independent retailing/non-banner, and culinary operations. He continues to push the organization toward next generation technology solutions that will enable a differentiated Guest experience in stores and online.

Executive Vice President and General Counsel
Greg is an accomplished leader with extensive experience helping fast-paced retail organizations meet their business and legal needs. Greg leads Giant Eagle’s Legal and Risk/Safety Departments as Executive Vice President and General Counsel and serves as Corporate Secretary. Previously, Greg was the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Chico’s FAS, Inc. and previously served in similar roles for The Limited.
Dave Burnworth
Executive Vice President and Cheif Financial Officer
Dave was appointed to the Chief Financial Officer role in April 2023. A certified public accountant with over 20 years of accounting and finance expertise, Dave has since held numerous accounting and finance leadership roles with Giant Eagle before assuming his current role as Chief Financial Officer. Dave leads all financial efforts across the company, as well as our loss prevention and indirect procurement functions.
Janis Leigh
Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer
Janis Leigh is a seasoned leader with exceptional experience across all facets of human resources, strategy, and development. As Chief People Officer, Janis oversees all aspects of our ‘people’ function, including recruitment, people operations, total rewards, organizational effectiveness, and program management. Prior to joining Giant Eagle, Janis served as the Chief Human Resources Officer for Hudson’s Bay Company (HBC), a retail business group, where she implemented people strategies for retailers including Saks Fifth Avenue and Saks OFF 5th.
Terri Micklin
Executive Vice President and President, GetGo
Terri first joined Giant Eagle in 2022 as the Senior Vice President of Strategy & Development for GetGo. Prior to joining Giant Eagle, Terri held various leadership positions within the fuel and convenience industry at ExxonMobil Corporation and at Wawa, Inc., where she served as the Senior Director of Construction, Design, and Store Formats. Her work experience is underpinned by her passion for creating meaningful, valuable experiences for customers. Under her leadership, GetGo leveraged its expertise as a quick-service restaurant to launch a robust food-first marketing and operations strategy. In 2023, she was appointed as President of GetGo. In this role, Terri leads GetGo's operations, performance, and go-to-market strategy.
Jim Tsipakis, R.Ph.
Executive Vice President and President, Supermarkets and Pharmacy
Jim joined Giant Eagle in 2017 and currently serves as Executive Vice President and President, Supermarkets and Pharmacy. Jim leads the supermarket and pharmacy teams, aligning the strategies to provide exceptional service to our customers. Prior to joining Giant Eagle, Jim worked for Albertsons Companies and their predecessor companies, where he led more than 1,700 pharmacies.
Graham Watkins
Chief Technology and Supply Chain Officer
Graham Watkins is an accomplished and innovative leader with a proven track record of successful innovation implementations. As Chief Technology and Supply Chain Officer, Graham leads the numerous IT and technology transformation initiatives, supply chain, business development, innovation, and ecommerce functions. Under Graham’s leadership, Giant Eagle has concepted and launched numerous innovations, including curbside pick-up and delivery, digital advertising, and the acceptance of PayPal as a payment method in grocery stores − an industry first.
Justin Weinstein
Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer
Justin is a talented leader with a proven track record of delivering transformational change and bringing industry-leading strategies, products, experiences, and platforms to market. Under Justin's leadership since joining Giant Eagle in 2018 Giant Eagle concepted and launched the myPerks loyalty program, developed a ground up 1:1 personalization capability, and built the organization's first digital product team. As Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer, Justin oversees the organization's strategic planning, analytics, digital, and payment & partnerships functions, enterprise marketing, LEAP Retail Media Network, and eCommerce strategy teams.
Keri Brown
Senior Vice President, Retail Operations for Supermarkets
Keri is a strategic retail leader who brings decades of experience in retail operations and human resources. She joined Giant Eagle in 2007 and has held numerous leadership roles within the organization. She assumed her current role in 2022 as Senior Vice President of Retail Operations, where she is responsible for overseeing the supermarket banner and independent retailing. Previously, Keri held several leadership positions for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc.
Michael Chappell
Senior Vice President, Pharmacy
Throughout his 20+ year career with Giant Eagle, Mike has been a cornerstone of pharmacy operations. Mike started his career as a pharmacy technician and progressed to pharmacy district leader before successfully completing the Store Leader Program. He has since held numerous leadership positions, most recently serving as Vice President, Pharmacy Operations, Central Services & Health Beauty Wellness. During his time with the organization, Mike has led some of pharmacies most notable advancements, including the rollout of COVID-19 vaccinations and testing during the pandemic. In 2023, he was named Senior Vice President, Pharmacy and is responsible for leading the entirety of the daily pharmacy business and health, beauty & wellness merchandising.
Brian Ferrier
Senior Vice President, Merchandising for Supermarkets
Brian has been a valued member of the Giant Eagle team since 1987. Starting as a Customer Service Clerk bagging groceries, collecting carts, and stocking produce, Brian has since held numerous leadership positions within the company, including store leadership, regional supervision, and process improvement and merchandising − giving him a broad understanding and appreciation for our business, our Team Members, and Guests. In 2022, Brian stepped into his current role of Senior Vice President of Merchandising for Supermarkets after serving as Senior Vice President of Supply Chain Operations.
Joel Hirschboeck
Senior Vice President, Fuel Supply Chain for GetGo
Joel joined Giant Eagle in 2018 as Vice President of Fuel for the GetGo business, bringing industry experience in fuel procurement, distribution, sales, and marketing. Today, Joel plays a critical role in GetGo’s growth strategy by enabling insourced fuel procurement and distribution for the growing chain. He is responsible for the retail fuel pricing team and strategic initiatives like AdvantagePay. He also oversees commercial fleet sales, branded wholesale fuel sales, and GetGo facilities management and maintenance. Previously, Joel was the General Manager of Fuel Procurement and Strategy at Kwik Trip, a top-quartile convenience operator.
Tina Morascyzk
Senior Vice President, Retail and Construction
Tina joined Giant Eagle in 2018 as Vice President, Real Estate and Construction. In 2021, she was named Senior Vice President, Real Estate and Construction and is responsible for leading the real estate portfolio optimization and management, real estate development and analytics, as well as the organization’s construction, facilities, engineering, and retail operations support teams. Previously, Tina had a 15-year career at ALDI, where she developed and executed the new store market saturation/expansion plan and the existing store remodel reinvestment plan.
Jessica Rock
Vice President and Chief Corporate Affairs Officer
Jessica joined Giant Eagle in May 2022 as our Vice President & Chief Corporate Affairs Officer. Jessica is an experienced communications professional with 25 years of experience at organizations such as the H.J. Heinz Co. and Duquesne Light Co. In her role, Jessica oversees all aspects of our external and internal communications, crisis communication, public relations, community relations and engagement, philanthropic giving, customer call center relations, and enterprise-wide sustainability strategy.
Rochelle Seideneck
Senior Vice President, Enterprise Marketing
Rochelle serves as Senior Vice President, Enterprise Marketing, having joined Giant Eagle in 2001. Prior to her current role, she held positions across the organization, gaining deep experience and expertise in sales, category management, marketing, and change management. In her current role, she oversees brand marketing for the enterprise, customer strategy, loyalty strategy, field marketing, and creative services.
