Position Summary

Serve as the Store Loss Prevention Greeter to customers entering and exiting the facility. Observe and report suspicious activity deterring the potential theft of products

Job Responsibilities

  • Greet each customer as they enter the facility. Thank each customer and invite back as they leave the facility
  • Observe persons entering or leaving the facility for suspicious theft related activities
  • Communicate effectively with the District Loss Prevention Manager and Store Leadership.
  • Create daily reports/logs of retail theft and related activities
  • Check receipts of customers/Team Members upon suspicious activity
  • None

Reports To: Manager, Sr Divisional LP

Education and Training Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Experience Required

  • 0 to 6 months

Experience Desired

  • Loss Prevention experience in retail theft observations and other related activities
  • Experience in a customer service environment with extensive customer interaction

Work Environment

  • Inclement weather (hot/cold, snowy, rainy)
  • Normal store environment with no continuous exposure to extreme temps, dust, etc
