Giant Eagle's Business Resource Groups

The Women's Business Resource Group (WBRG) was created with the vision to advocate for the life-career of women Team Members across Giant Eagle. It aims to empower and support women through various mentorship programs and learning opportunities.

The WBRG also focuses on promoting Giant Eagle's inclusion, equity, and diversity goals by creating and supportive environment where women can drive real business results, hold influential positions, make meaningful contributions, thrive, and excel.

Throughout the year, the WRBG hosts various webinars, conferences, and lunch & learn programs on various topics to educate, build connections, and raise awareness.

Giant Eagle has been a great learning and growth platform for me. Not only do I get to engage my creative side, but it requires a lot of inter-department coordination and logic to piece the puzzle together for a successful product.
