I have had many mentors within this Company, but a few have made a huge impact on me. Zee Ahmed was my direct supervisor for many years and always challenged me to go above and beyond, guiding me to find answers on my own, and challenging me to speak up and offer my thoughts and ideas. Polly Flinn has been the most recent mentor. She has given me the opportunity and confidence to excel in a senior role, which makes me fell invaluable to the organization.
Is there an accomplishment you are most proud of?
I am most proud of the Team Members that I have watched grow and succeed during my time here. Helping others see their potential and guiding them to push themselves towards success is my most favorite aspect of my position.
