Serve as store ambassador to customers entering and exiting the facility. Observe and report suspicious activity deterring the potential theft of product by implementing enhanced customer service skills
Greet each customer as they enter the facility. Thank each customer as they leave the facility
Observe persons entering or leaving the facility for suspicious activity.
Communicate effectively with the District Loss Prevention Manager and Store personnel including Store Leadership and department Leads.
Create daily reports of activity
Support customers with purchases if necessary
Provide appropriate responses to customers questions regarding store layout , ad, sampling, etc.
Education and Training Required
High school diploma or equivalent
0 to 6 months
Experience in a customer service environment with extensive customer interaction
