The Regional Facilities Manager (RFM) is responsible for the maintenance & repair and capital improvement of, at a minimum, 50 plus properties in his/her assigned portfolio. The RFM works strategically so that they are able to adhere to each property’s budget.
Visit each property on an every other month basis and meet with Store Leaders to discuss concerns
Manage projects within assigned portfolio
Manage landlord and vendor relationships
Review and approve expenses for all locations within portfolio
Creation and adherence to budget
Completion of various annual inspections
Responsible for budget development, expense control and/or revenue generation for a department. Amount of Budgetary Responsibility: \\$3mm – \\$5mm
