This position is responsible for the effective analysis, design, and development of training programs that drive measurable performance improvement. Collaborates with key business partners and others across the enterprise to clarify job performance needs and create learning and development solutions for Team Members and Managers at all levels. Works across formats and the enterprise to develop training materials and process/procedure documentation.
Analyze internal customer needs, and/or instructional goals and objectives to determine appropriate methods of instructional design for both instructor-led and eLearning programs.
Design and develop learning and performance support materials for a variety of instructional modalities (instructor-led, self-guided, on-the-job, eLearning, web-based content).
Assist Instructional Designers with pilot and program evaluation
Use an approved instructional methodology for the development of course curriculum.
Work with internal customers to determine and identify required content for documentation.
Technical writing duties as assigned; Organize and translate information into clear written documentation.

Collaborate on content, design, and delivery with SMEs, project managers, and business leaders to produce sound instructional materials in accordance with solid instructional design principles that meet or exceed identified business goals.
Implement eLearning solutions on the LMS.

Exhibit a willingness and ability to handle multiple assignments involving time constraints.
Recommend when materials should be developed by a vendor.
